"ClickForHelp.com really came through on the latest flight of CosmoCam from Sweden. CosmoCam is an internet interactive video system that was on board a NASA stratospheric balloon mission launched from Sweden on June 11, 2006. Clickforhelp.com designed and built the web GUI control page to allow people anywhere to control the camera in real-time. The flight lasted for well over 8 hours and the control GUI worked great. Ken Fischer and his Clickforhelp.com team did a great job setting things up, keeping in touch, and providing support on a 24/7 basis. They were also able to quickly grasp the technical requirements of the project and move the "ball" forward. Their Rapid Custom Development and managebase toolset allowed them to quickly come up with the control GUI for a very attractive price.

"It was becoming a struggle to keep up with the many clothing styles and associated sewing operations that had to be put in the form of piece-rate tickets, each with individual serial numbers on a daily basis. Ken Fischer and his team of professional programmers created a program that not only streamlined the ticket making process, but also made it communicate with QuickBooks. I can import into QuickBooks all of the piece-rate information for every employee and connect each employee with the garments they worked. This program "Bundler" does the work of two employees.
